Our organization is actively using Atlassian Teams across Jira and other Atlassian cloud products. We’re trying to keep team structures in Atlassian aligned with our internal org hierarchy (HR systems, org charts, etc.).

Today, we can:

• Manage team membership via the Teams REST API and GraphQL (updateRoleAssignments, members add/remove).
• Manage team details (name, description, etc.).
• Manage of the “Links” section on an Atlassian Team profile.

But we cannot manage team hierarchy (parent team / sub-teams) via any documented public API.
