Issue Summary

When a user is already logged in and accesses a Jira instance that has projects opened to the public, the login shows an inconsistency, with the button to log in available on the screen's top right corner.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to an Atlassian account.
2. Access an instance with Public projects

Expected Results

The user should be properly logged in and recognized.

Actual Results

The login button becomes available and causes access inconsistency.

Workaround

Login again after accessing the public instance
