      Issue Summary

When creating multiple issues in succession using the "Create another" checkbox on the global Create Issue modal, the UI fails to clear the visual token in the "Linked Issues" field starting from the 3rd issue created. While the backend correctly adheres to expected behavior by not creating the issue link for the 3rd and subsequent issues, the frontend incorrectly retains the token, giving the user the false impression that the link will be successfully created.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click the Create button to open the global issue creation modal.
      1. Fill out mandatory fields to create "Story 1" and check the Create another box. Click Create.
      1. In the new modal for "Story 2", fill out the summary and add "Story 1" to the Linked Issues field. Ensure Create another is still checked. Click Create.
      1. In the new modal for "Story 3", observe the Linked Issues field.

      Expected Results

The Linked Issues field should be completely blanked out, matching the behavior of the "Summary" and "Description" fields, to indicate to the user that a new link must be manually established if desired.

      Actual Results

The visual token for "Story 1" remains populated in the Linked Issues field. However, upon clicking Create for "Story 3", the link is not actually passed to the backend or created. The UI falsely sets the expectation that the link is being retained.

      Workaround

Users must manually click the "X" on the retained linked issue token to clear it, and then re-search and re-add the linked issue for the 3rd and all subsequent creations. Alternatively, users can create all issues first and use the Bulk Change feature from the Advanced Issue Search to link them all at once.
