      Issue Summary

      Date picker field values flicker and value shows in a different format while using the Slovenian language under profile settings.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Under use profile, set language to "Slovenian (slovenščina)"
      2. Refresh any work item page and observe the value shown in the date picker field.

      Expected Results

      Ideally, the value should be shown in Slovenian format.

      Actual Results

      During initial load, it shows a value in Slovenian, and later it shows MMM/DD/YYYY. Refer to the screen recording below.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
