Issue Summary
The Help panel content is displayed in English instead of German, even though the HIBB UI language is set to German.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the HIBB Jira Cloud home page.
- Navigate to the “?” (Help) button in the header and activate it to open the Help panel.
- Observe that the visible content in the Help panel is in English.
- Inspect the HTML language attributes in the browser’s developer tools.
- Note that the root <html> element is set to lang="de" (German), while the Help panel content is English, and no lang="en" is defined for the Help panel section.

Actual Results
The HIBB page content is primarily in German, but parts of the UI are still displayed in English. The root <html> element is correctly set to lang="de", indicating that the default language of the page is German. However, the Help panel content is displayed in English, and no lang="en" attribute is defined for that section or its container.
As a result, assistive technologies treat the Help panel content as German (because they inherit lang="de" from <html>), while the visible text is English. This can cause screen readers to mispronounce or misinterpret the Help content, making it harder or impossible for users of assistive technologies to understand.
Expected Results
All user interface text and content must match the selected UI language, and any secondary language must be explicitly identified for assistive technologies.
In this case, when the HIBB UI is set to German, the Help panel and all other parts of the page must be presented in German.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
