Steps to Reproduce
- Open the JSM cloud home page.
- Create a dashboard and add the “Recently Created” and “Created vs Resolved” gadgets.
- Observe that charts are generated for both gadgets.
- Create or update issues so that data appears in both charts.
- Observe that color alone is used to represent the data in the graphs, with no additional visual cues.

Actual Results
In the "Recently Created” and “Created vs Resolved” dashboard gadgets, the two data series are distinguished only by red and green, with no additional visual cues such as patterns, line styles, or marker shapes. Color alone is used to convey information, which made it difficult for users with red/green colorblindness to interpret the charts.
Expected Results
Information presented via color should be conveyed to all users using at least one additional, non‑color method.
In this case, along with color, use extra visual cues such as different line styles, marker shapes, or bar patterns to distinguish the data series in the “Recently Created” and “Created vs Resolved” charts. Additionally, provide a clear textual alternative (for example, a data table or summary) so the chart information is available to users who cannot reliably perceive color.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
