Issue Summary
The customer is experiencing a jumpy screen issue in Jira Service Management, which occurs intermittently depending on the data presented. Adjusting the window size or scrolling temporarily alleviates the problem
Steps to Reproduce
- Using a work item that has attachments and also has the Comments summary active.
- Slowly scroll down until the Comments summary starts to be visible
Expected Results
The agent's view shouldn't be jumpy
Actual Results
The agent view is jumpy and you need to refresh the screen or resize the window
Workaround
Close the Comments Summary window.
