Issue Summary
Updates to Jira tickets are resulting in duplicate messages being sent to Slack via the Jira Cloud app. This issue occurs specifically within the Jira Cloud app in Slack, rather than in group chats or channels.
Steps to Reproduce
- Just add a comment in the jira work item
- Observe the notification is duplicated in the JIRA for SLACK app within slack application
Expected Results
It must only send a single notification
Actual Results
Currently its sending multiple slack notification
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
