Add ability to change the order of subtasks/children work items in Jira Business Boards (company-managed & team-managed)

      Issue Summary

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira business space
      2. Create work items and subtasks
      3. Check the ordering of subtasks under a parent on the board
      4. It will show the children ordered by rank (default ordering), but no option to modify this

      Expected Results

      There should be an option to modify the subtask/child work item ordering in Business spaces

      Actual Results

      No option for this
