Work Items do not send notifications to user in Slack

      Issue Summary

      Comments on work items on projects are not sending comment notifications to users in Slack, even though in other projects the comments in work items are sending notifications to the same users. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. On a new project, integrate SLACK 
      2. Have a user create a work item
      3. Agent adds a comment mentioning the reporter. 

      Expected Results

      The reporter should get a Slack notification 

      Actual Results

      No notifications are sent to the customer on slack. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
