Currently, messages posted in Slack by bot users or through webhooks are not included in the “Sync thread” feature of the Jira integration. Because of this, important automated or system-generated messages cannot be automatically synced with Jira issues.

Please enhance the Jira–Slack integration so that messages posted by bot users or through webhooks are also eligible for thread syncing and comment synchronization with Jira issues.
