Currently, the “Summarise Comments” feature in Jira projects is only available when the user’s language is set to English. Users with other language settings are unable to see or use this option, which limits accessibility and adoption.

In contrast, this feature is available in Jira Service Management (JSM) across all languages. This disparity creates an inconsistent user experience for customers who work across both Jira and JSM. Extending multilingual support for “Summarise Comments” to Jira projects would help users quickly understand ticket context, improve productivity, and deliver a more consistent experience across Atlassian products.
