When viewing filter results in Dashboards/Gadgets, including the 'Priority' column only adds the Priority icon to the results, not the priority name.

This can be confusing and harder to tell a work item's priority at a glance if you are not familiar with the priority icons.

On JRACLOUD-70079 - Show the priority name instead of its icon in the "Column View" / issue navigator search results, an improvement was made to the issue navigator search results. It would be great if we could get the same treatment for dashboard/gadgets.

Workaround

The only workaround for this behavior would be to create a separate 'Priority Name' (single-select) field and use automation to sync the value of the native priority field with the custom one.
