Issue Summary

The Option ID selection for a workflow condition does not exist in the new workflow editor and is required for certain Workflow configurations where Request type is used.

This highlights a gap in feature parity between the current and new editor and will result in a loss of functionality when the current workflow editor is fully deprecated.

The new editor should have the same Option ID selection within the Rules as what exists in the legacy Workflow editor Conditions

This does not exist in the new editor
