      Issue Summary

      When clicking the Manage button in Slack to manage subscription throws error on Slack subscription page

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Make sure you have Jira cloud for Slack app installed in Slack
      2. Go to the messages tab on Jira app and type /jira manage
      3. Then click on Manage button on any one of the projects 
      4. You will be redirected to browser to load config/subscription page

      Expected Results

      Subscription page loads

      Actual Results

      The below error is thrown :

      Error loading subscription details
Unable to find the requested subscription. 
If it still exists it will be in the list below

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
