With the new enforcement of the new point-based rate limits for Jira and Confluence REST APIs, it would be beneficial for large instances to have a report or a monitoring tool to check the usage of the APIs, with the called endpoint, from which IP (or agent/user), number of points used, and remaining points, timestamp, etc.

Currently, the only way to track usage is by checking the response headers from the requests.
