Issue Summary

Embedding a Jira work item on a Confluence page causes the page to automatically scroll to the embedded section upon loading, in both view and edit modes.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a test Page.
• Add a Jira issue url, change the smartlink to embed mode.
• Publish the page and reload it.
• The page will then scroll down to the embedded section.

Expected Results

Page should load from beginning.

Actual Results

Page jumps to the embedded jira link part as soon as it loads.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
