No error message when required system field is cleared up

      Issue Summary

      No error message when required system field (e.g. Component) cleared up and the value re-appears.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set field "Component" to required in Field Configuration scheme.
      2. Have a work item with Component set.
      3. Try to clear up component.

      Expected Results

      Error message that the field is required is displayed

      Actual Results

      No error message is displayed and the value reappears back

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
