We’d like to track events or audit logs in the Jira UI that show the default project access level set when a Team-managed project is created, as well as any changes made to that access level.

For example, when changing a project’s access from Open to Private or Limited, we see some entries in the audit log related to permission scheme updates. However, these entries don’t provide clear details about the specific access level changes.

Additionally, if you change the project from a more restrictive to a less restrictive access level (for example, from Private to Limited), there’s no corresponding entry in the audit log.
