Background
Currently, when users open different panels/windows, the “Hide completed items” setting may be enabled, so completed items are hidden unless they manually turn the option off each time. This makes it easy for them to miss finished work or previously completed steps.

Feature request
Please add an option to control the default state of “Hide completed items” on a per-panel (per-window) basis, and allow it to be set to OFF by default. Ideally, this preference should be remembered across sessions for each panel/window.

How this helps
This feature would reduce repetitive manual toggling for users, prevent confusion when completed items appear to be “missing,” and provide clearer visibility into the full history of work in each panel/window, improving usability and review workflows.
