We have seen documentation that suggest the text rendering may change in future Jira versions.

If the Default Text Renderer is removed, instances that depend on it may face:

• Breaking changes in integrations or automation that assume plain text content.
• Inconsistent display behavior when fields are forced to use another renderer.
• Additional migration or data conversion work for existing projects.

Keep the “Default Text Renderer” as a supported and available renderer in Jira, or

If it must be replaced/removed, provide:

• A fully compatible equivalent that can be explicitly selected as “plain text renderer”.
