Issue Summary

Jira Cloud has a site optimiser which can be used by customers as mentioned here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-site-optimizer/

It would be good if this process could be automated. 

There can be either warning/error messages when limits are reached or about to be reached OR the optimisation is done by the system itself.
