Currently, in Jira Service Management, the "Service Space Customer - Portal Access" group cannot be directly referenced in workflow transition rules. When configuring permissions or workflow conditions (such as "Restrict who can move a request"), "Service Space Customer - Portal Access" does not appear as a selectable value in the dropdown menu. This makes it impossible to restrict certain transitions (e.g., moving to "Escalated") to only portal customers, as there is no way to target this group specifically in workflow conditions.

Suggested Solution:
Allow "Service Space Customer - Portal Access" to be selected directly in workflow transition rules and permission schemes. This would enable administrators to restrict transitions or permissions specifically to portal customers, without relying on project roles.

Why this is important:
There are valid workflow requirements where only customers (and not agents or other users) should be able to perform certain transitions. Without the ability to reference "Service Space Customer - Portal Access" directly, these requirements cannot be met, limiting workflow flexibility and security.

Workaround:
Currently, there is no straightforward workaround.
