Issue Summary

When users try to change work type after entering the summary on the create screen, then the summary field is getting cleared after selecting the new work type. This issue is noticed only when there is multiple tabs in the create work item screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add two tabs to create work item screen
2. Try to create a work item from global create button and select 'Task' type
3. Enter the summary
4. Change the work type from 'Task' to 'Story'

Expected Results

The previously entered summary should be present

Actual Results

Summary field is getting cleared

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
