Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no) Yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Create Filter
- Click on Basic search
- Type text like Atlassian-123 or user-456 or SI-371
- The text gets converted to JQL (text ~ "SI-371" OR issuekey = "SI-371") ORDER BY created DESC
- It ends up giving no results
- Whereas in old issue search, the above Basic search gets converted to text ~ "SI-371"
Expected Results
Basic search should get converted to text ~ "SI-371" and show the search results
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
Issue does not exist or you do not have permission to see it.
Workaround
Remove the OR issuekey = "SI-371" from the query and search again or use the Quick search or JQL
