Issue Summary

Currently, if you attempt to create an issue and upload an image into the description, it automatically assumes a set size, and you are unable to resize, regardless of what dimensions you put in, making it difficult to create tickets with many images in the description, as it clutters everything.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Create work item in any project.
2. Upload image to the description area.
3. Attempt to resize image by changing the numbers in the dimensions for that image.
4. Note that whatever you change the image dimensions to, it doesn't actually resize and remains the same size the entire time.

Expected Results

Image should resize during work item creation.

Actual Results

Image does not resize at all.

Workaround

Use the resize handlers on the right side of the image to reduce or increase the image size.
