Description:
Request for an enhancement to the Approvals feature in Jira Cloud Company-Managed Projects that allows administrators to configure a pop-up screen or form to appear when an approver clicks Approve or Decline. This screen should allow the collection of mandatory comments or custom field values (such as "Reason for approval/rejection") at the decision point.

Current Limitation:
At present, the Approvals feature in Jira Cloud does not support showing a transition screen, pop-up, or additional fields when an approver makes their decision. Approvers can leave comments manually in the work item , but this is optional and cannot be enforced.
