When AI search fails, a more meaningful description of the problem should be shown on the UI

      When AI search fails, in some cases, the backend errors are basic like "Natural language input length exceeds the maximum allowed length", which can be easily solved by modifying the prompt, but the interface just shows "Atlassian Intelligence can't provide a response right now. Read more in our support documentation."

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enter a long string in the AI search

      Expected Results

      If an error happens with the AI search, the reason of the problem should be shown on the UI

      Actual Results

      A generic error is shown "Atlassian Intelligence can't provide a response right now. Read more in our support documentation."

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
