Context
Currently, when a Jira dashboard is deleted, only a Jira Administrator has the ability to restore it. As a dashboard owner, I do not have the option to recover my own deleted dashboards and must contact an administrator to request restoration. This process can cause delays and adds unnecessary workload for administrators, especially when dashboard recovery is a common need.
Suggested Improvement
Provide dashboard owners with the ability to restore their own deleted dashboards directly, without requiring administrator intervention.
Benefit
This would streamline the process, reduce admin workload, and empower users to manage their own dashboards more efficiently.
