Issue Summary

We would like to have the ability to see the user directly and make call/email to the user via one click button as it was allowed in the Opsgenie app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Jira mobile app.

Expected Results

We would like to have the same functionalities as we have in the Opsgenie app before the consolidation process.

Actual Results

That's not possible use a user directory to make call to the user.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
