Use case: Customers use our app to export crucial aggregated performance data for tracking team health, predictability, and executive reporting. This requires exporting the summarized metrics found in the native Jira Software Velocity Chart, Burndown Chart, and Sprint Report.

Vendor dependency: We would greatly appreciate the availability of supported public REST APIs to expose the pre-calculated, aggregated data from the following reports:

Sprint Report Data

BurndownData

Additionally, we kindly request that the APIs be accessible through standard Forge authentication methods and support user impersonation.

Impact of missing API: We are blocked from providing core agile metrics in our exports. Customers must rely on manual processes or risky calculations outside of Jira, undermining the value and trustworthiness of the exported data.
