Error observed while adding new users to the Project page

      Issue Summary

      Intermittently, when adding a new user from the Project People page, we encounter an error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Project settings > People
      2. Add a new user

      Expected Results

      The new user should be added immediately without any errors

      Actual Results

      We see the error "Something Went Wrong. We can't add anyone right now."

      Workaround

      None. The user is activated automatically within 24 hours.
