Issue Summary

Goals field cannot be added to Plans in the first 12-24h after Platforms experiences is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a brand new instance of Jira
2. Enable Platform experiences https://support.atlassian.com/platform-experiences/docs/how-to-activate-platform-experiences/
3. Create a plan
4. In the columns try to add Goals. It won't be available for selection

Expected Results

The field should be available for selection as soon as goals is enabled for the instance. It is for instance possible to enable the field on Issue view immediately.

Actual Results

The field can't be added to plan. It is not available for selection

Workaround

Wait 12-24 hours
