Issue Summary

Due to the current behaviour around the pages https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/dashboards, https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/projects, and https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/filters (as reported by JRACLOUD-82966), anonymous users can see those pages without the need to log in. They will not see actual data though.

Currently the custom logo used by the site (uploaded by admin) is visible when you access those pages without authentication.

Steps to Reproduce

Access one of the following URLs while being unauthenticated: https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/dashboards, https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/projects, or https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/filters.

Expected Results

You will see a blank page with the default logo.

Actual Results

You will see a blank page with the custom logo being displayed:

None at the moment.
