Issue Summary

The "Share" button allows users to share work items with other users, including email addresses. While unlicensed addresses can't access the work item to see its details, they receive the optional field "message"; this can be a security concern, as a small amount of data/text can be shared outside the organization. This behavior is also observed in Jira Service Management. 

Suggestion

Provide Jira admins a toggle where they can turn on/off this functionality as a whole, including one or all of the following:

• Disable the "Share" button as a whole.
• Disable the optional field "message". 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
