Allow Team Import via Team Name in CSV Importer

      Description:
      Currently, Team can only be imported via CSV in Jira using the Team ID. This creates challenges for users who manage Team by name or who don't have easy access to Team IDs.

      Suggestion:
      Please enhance the CSV importer to allow mapping and importing Team using the Team Name, in addition to the Team ID. This would streamline the import process and reduce manual effort for users.
