Audit logs for Project Background change

      Issue Summary

      Need to log Audit logs for changes made to project background

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click on 3 dots against the project name >> click on "Set Project Background" and change the project background
      2. Go to Settings >> System >> Audit logs

      Expected Results

      There should be an Audit log entry for the above change.

      Actual Results

      The above change is not recorded in Audit logs.

       

      Logging such changes in Audit logs will help the users to track who made the changes.
