Issue Summary

Jira cloud Slack application "Create work item" action is slow to load the Jira fields modal when "Rovo" is enabled in the tenant.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira cloud Slack application in the Slack workspace.
2. Connect Jira cloud Slack application with the Jira cloud tenant/project.
3. Enable Rovo in the tenant and follow the steps listed under "https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-jira-cloud-for-slack/".
4. Once Rovo is enabled, it creates slowness in the create work item modal loading operation. 

Expected Results

Create work item modal view should load fields without any delay while using Rovo suggestions.

Actual Results

Create work item Slack action is quite slow to load field in the modal while using Rovo suggestions.

Workaround

Disable Rovo suggestion in the Jira cloud Slack create work item action modal.
