Issue Summary

According to this documentation, GitHub support Smart Links, however, when using ghe.com links, the URL is not properly recognized - there is no option to transform the URL.

Setting up an integration between GitHub and Jira also doesn't help.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue and click to add a comment
2. Add a github.com link, and if necessary, click on the link to see the options to turn this into a smart link
3. Add a ghe.com link and click on the link to see the options

Expected Results

Both github.com and ghe.com links unfurl and allow connecting to GitHub so that the link shows information on the development information linked.

Actual Results

Only github.com links unfurl and allow connecting to GitHub so that the link shows information on the development information linked.

ghe.com links only show as links, with no options to turn the link into a smart link.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
