Currently, the Jira work item view always displays the "Subtasks" and "Related Work" sections, even when they are empty or are not relevant to the user or the issue type.

Jira Admins would like the option to hide or collapse these sections to reduce visual clutter and streamline their workflow. This feature would improve focus and usability, especially for teams that do not use subtasks or related work links.
