Current State:

In the new issue view the status transition only display the transition to a different status whereas the self-transitions are displayed under the automation actions tab

Proposed Future State:

Having the transitions in different tab is confusing for the customers and it would be good if all the transitions including the self-transitions should be displayed under the status tab itself
