Issue Summary

Archived Work Item tab is under the kanban/scrum board and hard to locate as it's a project level feature 

Steps to Reproduce

Open any board and you will find the Archived work item button as highlighted below on the board itself

Expected Results

As it is a project level feature, it would be beneficial to place it within the project settings. This way, users can conveniently click on an option to view a list of archived items, enhancing their ability to manage and navigate project elements effectively.

Actual Results

It is right now visible at Board level

Workaround

For now, the user can access the option from the board
