Issue Summary

As of today, as mentioned in this article our services scan for any malware or malicious content being attached to the work item and flags to the end users about the malicious content when attempting to download the attachment

However, it would be ideal for Jira to block these attachments from getting attached or have a mechanism in place to delete malicious content from the work-item.

Or if we can provide a way to define an allowlist or a denylist on the kind of attachments allowed into the Jira system, that would be ideal to control any malicious activities.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
