Issue Summary
When viewing a ticket with a file attached via internal comment, the file is shown as loading (spinning wheel), implying that it has not been completely uploaded.
Steps to Reproduce
- As an agent, create a ticket via the portal.
- After the ticket is created, access it via Jira and upload the .msg or a .zip files via an internal comment.
- Observe that the upload bar is completed, but the preview remains as "loading" (spinning wheel).
- Now, every time the agent accesses the ticket, the file will be loading forever.
Expected Results
The file to be uploaded and correctly displayed.
Actual Results
The file is uploaded, but displays a loading/spinning icon, implying that it's not loaded.
Workaround
The bug is just visual. The files are uploaded and can be downloaded for visualization.
