Issue Summary

When navigating within Jira, leaving the page inactive for a period of time and then performing some action or reloading the page will cause the font to change. This can be distracting for users who notice the font degradation/lack of consistency.

This is similar to JRACLOUD-94640 but is noticeable in other areas of Jira and not limited to dashboards.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any Jira board or work item
2. Leave the page inactive for ~5 mins
3. Navigate to Settings > Hover over the General Configuration menu item and notice the font changing
4. Can also occassionally be reproduced by just navigating to other dashboards or reloading an existing page but is less likely to be reproduced with these actions

Expected Results

The page loads/reloads and font remains consistent

Actual Results

There seems to be a change to the font that causes headings and other text to appear slightly differently ( see differences in headings across both tabs in the below image )

Workaround

Navigating away and back to the page or reloading again will ensure original fonts are loaded correctly
