Issue Summary

When clicking on the linked work item or child work item (Example: under an Epic), the redirection starts and returns to the previous work item instead of loading the linked work item from the linked ticket panel. This also affects Epic - Child work item relationships wherein accessing a child work item from a parent Epic redirects back to the Epic work item.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access any ticket from a project
2. Click on the linked work item
   Or
3. Open an Epic work item
4. Try to access a child work item

Expected Results

When clicking on the linked work item, the linked work item should be opened
Or
When clicking on the child work item, the child work item should be opened

Actual Results

When clicking on a linked work item, the redirection starts and returns back to the original work item instead of opening a linked work item.
Or
When clicking on a child work item, the redirection starts and returns back to the original work item instead of opening the child work item.

Workaround

Open a linked work item in a new tab instead of clicking on it to be opened in the same tab
Or
Open a child work item in a new tab instead of clicking on it to be opened in the same tab
