Issue Summary

When creating a custom field, it gets automatically added to all field configuration schemes of the instance.

With new data limits and guardrails to be applied soon, this might become a problem, requiring manual work from the admins.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new custom field
2. Please see that it gets automatically added to all field configuration schemes

Expected Results

It should be possible to select the field configuration schemes in which the new custom field should be added.

Actual Results

The new custom field is added to all field configuration schemes, what might contribute to reach the limits defined in Data limits and guardrails

Workaround

Whenever a new custom field is created, remove it from the field configurations where this is not needed.
