1. Access the notification scheme configuration.

2. Observe that "A comment is deleted" is listed as a configurable event.

3.Note that no separate notifications are sent for this event; instead, notifications are sent as part of "Work item Updated."

Expected Behavior:

The "A comment is deleted" event should either be removed as an available option in the notification scheme or should trigger separate notifications distinct from those for "Work item Updated."

It would be beneficial to include the “notifyUsers” parameter in the API endpoint for deleting comments, similar to its availability in the endpoint used for updating tickets.
