JQL search to retrieve a list of Jira issues not liked to specific confluence pages

      Problem

      Currently, it is not possible to directly query for issues without Confluence content linked using JQL or fetch the details of those issues using API. 

      Suggested Solution

      Have a JQL query in place to fetch the issues that are not linked to confluence content or an API call to fetch those issues.

      Workaround

      Currently we just have an API that returns the remote issue links for an issue. 

      /rest/api/3/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/remotelink
