Issue Summary

Grouping in Jira plans using Multi Select custom fields is not working as expected

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project with 5 work items
2. Create a multi select custom field and add about 5 options
3. Update the options in the 5 newly created work items
4. Create a Jira Plan
5. Add the multi-select custom field to the plan
6. In the view settings, under "Group by" select the multi select field.
7. You can also create additional groups and add values to them

Expected Results

The value chosen in the multi-select group by option should show up as a swinlane in the Basic view

Actual Results

The value selected for group by has no affect on the Basic view. This is the same for custom views as well.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
